Would you like to feel more relaxed?

• Do you feel tired, distracted, and unable to concentrate?
• Are you tense, worried, or on edge?
• Do you lie awake at night with your thoughts racing and find that you are unable to sleep?

Is someone in your life causing you stress?

• Does the thought of upsetting someone cause you to feel anxious?
• Do you feel guilty for saying "no" to this person, or not going along with what they want?
• Do you seek this person's approval yet feel as if you always fall short?

Do you find that you often put other people's needs before your own, and end up feeling tired and overwhelmed?

• Do you have the tendency to put others before yourself?
• Do you feel guilty when you do something just for you?
• Are you unable to accept praise when you have done something well? For example: "My colleagues said I did a good job on that presentation, but they were just trying to be nice."
